Sad and disappointed of FNB Pine Crest and Sanlam Centre service, I received an sms stating my business card is ready for collection and that was on the 14/11/2014. went on the 16/11/2017 to collect it and I was told by the branch manager that there was a mixed up with some cards. He asked me to go across to Sanlam Centre to collect it there. I didn't go because I was pissed of my time wasted.
went to Sanlam Centre on the 22/11/2017 I was told the card is not within the branch, I should go to Pine Crest. I then asked to speak to speak to the manager, same branch manager of Pine crest showed up and he did remember my face. listen to this guys" he said the lady that mixed up the cards is of sick and her drawer is locked " ja I tell you, that what he told me.
I asked him what should I do in the min time? he said they will give me a call. I haven't received any call from Sanlam or Pine Crest branches till now. I tell you something doesn't add up there, this is how fraud start. Pissed...
