I have received numerous unsolicited emails and SMS's from a Zulpha Charles who works as a "Resolution Agent" at Norman Bissett and Associates in Cape Town.
She claims she is acting on behalf of Wesbank and demanded payment from me for a outstanding loan taken in 2007.
I informed this lady that I have never had an account with Wesbank and also requested as to why has Wesbank not contacted me regarding this for 7 years... she promised to call back with more info... but she never did... E-mails and SMS's still continued.
Being sick of this SCAMSTER... I contacted Wesbank and they have advised me in writing that :
1. They have never instructed this SCAMSTER to collect money from me.
2. I have never had an account with Wesbank.
3. The account number quoted by Zulpha Charles does not exist in their accounts.
4. I should ignore all correspondence from [email protected] as this smells of a scam.
