I am now contacting you because I am not receiving any information or feedback from Standard Bank and for a banking organization that charges absurd fees like they do this is not acceptable!
I am a current standard bank bond holder, and Elite Plus account holder (not for long)and due to unfortunate circumstances I was forced to liquidate myself - my wife however signed surety over my bond! and to make things easier we purchased the estate back from the liquidators, transfer fees everything were paid all we are asking for was the shortfall to be bonded, my wife more than qualify for the outstanding amount, but you don't get any answers I don't think that I have ever received such pathetic service as I have been receiving from Standard Bank Home Loans over the past few weeks. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now and not a word from anyone!! Dealing with an application is like a constant nightmare, every time you call the call the centre the agent which you speak to is more clueless than the previous one you dealt with and you are constantly given a different story. The best part is that there are no Home Loans consultants based in any of the branches so you have to go through the call centre, and if you go into the branch the consultants even have the same problems with the call centre agents. For such a big bank this is really pathetic, NOW I AM BEING BILLED INTEREST from the transfer attorneys due to the bank not doing their work! and it is accumulating per day!
I am sorry this is not acceptable, I have already viewed my unhappiness on Hallo Peter Public Forum and will continue doing so!!
