Last night I responded to the TV advertisement sending an sms so that I can get a quote on insurance. This morning a guy gave me a call and was very helpful up until the system couldn't beat my current premium. I asked about the promotion running that if they cant beat my premium they will give me R400. He told me no because he called me. I told him that the advertisement states it doesn't matter and that's why I send the sms. He said he will send me the documentation and I still haven't received it. This isnt the first time this happens. Every year I revise my premium.
