I requested someone to call me from outsurance regarding the promotion they are currently running: if they cant beat your premiums they will give you R400 cash. well that's a because when they couldn't beat my current premium I was give some lame excuse that I didn't send an sms.
This happened last week Thursday. Knowing Outsurance's reputation I doubt they will even respond to this complaint, which means i will have no option but to report this to the advertising authority. Outsurance is insulting people's intelligence.
