Kevin Rutter (KR) was an Investment broker representing a company Corporate Money Managers* (CMM) in 2008. On our meeting it was agreed my funds of R320 000.00 (Three hundred and Twenty Thousand) was to be invested in CMM, I signed a CMM contact stipulating my investment choice and return on interest was agreed. I handed KR a cheque for R320k and signed contract, he was to make copies of contract and fax back to me, wich i never received after numerous requests, making excuses of no fax mach etc. I started receiving my "interest" and thought all was well until a year later interest became irregular and eventually stopped. KR at this time stopped returning my calls and had no contact. I contacted CMM to confirm my invest portfolio, on reciept of my email they flew me to Jhb where they confirmed I was never an investor there. They took my Chqe no. and balance and traced it to an invest. account at CMM in Kevin Rutters name (), transactions confirmed all funds were withdrawn by KR a month later as cash- . I hired an Attorney, KR signed an Ackn.of Debt to return funds as apposed to chargers but 5yrs & 3 contracts have not recieved balance &breeches all contracts
