Worst service in 12 months time

We started to apply for a re-advance on our current home loan on 13/11/2013. You won't believe but the issue is still not resolved. The flat that we wanted to buy is already registered onto our name. Shenaaz's attitude is really one of the worse I have ever experienced in banking. For example: only on 13/01/2014 does she ask for a solvency letter for our trust. I supply her one based on the latest statements available the same day. These statements was not new enough, point taken. Today on 5/2/2014 I wrote her an e-mail asking her about the progress. Because wow time has been running. In her answer she mentions the letter is out dated. It took her exactly 23 day to tell me this. This is only the latest experience. I can mention at least 7 other, but space is limited. I would love for some one high up in FNB to contact me so that I can forward all my e-mails. As an alternative we applied for a facility at FNB Private Banking for R3 000 000 (the re-advance was for R390 000) and you wouldn't believe that it was approved with in 1 day!!! Just based on our income and the fixed property we have. Please help!
