First of all, I apologize for using this avenue of complaint. No one seems to have an answer for me. I applied for a further advance on my current home loan, with the assumption that the further advance would make use of my current interest rate. As was advertised on the website, and I quote: "FurtherAdvance could be the right choice if you: Want to use the home loan interest rate to finance other purchases". I think it is safe to assume that means you keep you current interest rate. Why in the world would i want to advance my home loan and get an interest rate that is over 1% more than my current home loan?
In future, I think you need to be more clear about how you advertise your products on the web.
