Standard Bank Terrible service

I owned a bike through them, i lost my job asked if my policy was still vallid told it was in an e-mail then i was told i cancelled it which i never did. I was asked to settle a cash amount i was told the bank must repo it then i have 30 days to sort. Now they took the bike from a friends shop without informing me and i have not heard a call or received a paper to sign its just gone and no body i contact ever replies they simply tell me to call someone else. Not sure but its as good as i owned the bike from August 2009 and last payment was made on September 2012 since then i was told policy fine then in February they wanted to fetch sent e-mails to Kim Wheeler he in turn sent them to someone to sort e-mailed called asked how much to pay nothing until Kim wheeler came to my work, and said he will go see it then nothing ever since that was September last year still nothing! Very not fair on R100000.00 i paid R3000.00 per month for 4 years wich is R144000.00 and last they told me i must settle R74000.00 so who is taking a wipping? Serious. I might be out a bit on the figures but telephone people e-mail? Its still the same e-mail address!
