OffRoad BiQuip Moreleta Park opened 3 km from my house. I asked them to service my son's Honda 50cc but they need to come and fetch it as I don't have a bakkie or trailer. The owner Hannes Venter told me that its no problem took my number and said he will organize it. Over the next 4 months I stopped by them 3 times asking when they will come fetch and service the bike and every time they took my details but never came. The last time I saw Hannes again and asked if they are not inreterested in servicing the bike, he apologized and said that the young guys that use to work for him where unreliable and that he will do it him self. They came at 18h00 that evening to fetch the bike and said 3-4 days later it will be serviced and that they will dropped the bike off again. A week later I haven't heard anything from them, I stopped and asked if they where finished, they were and billed me R630.01 which I paid 3 days later. Monday I called and they said they will deliver Wednesday, Thursday I called and they said Friday, Friday I asked my domestic worker to stay longer as they will bring the bike. Its now 2 weeks later and I still have no bike and didn't received a call for them!
