I know all banks have issues but I'm super impressed by the response I got from FNB this week. I've had issues with Standard Bank and within 2 minutes of complaining via a social media platform, I had been contacted and offered a hassle free method of switching... I wouldnt even have to step into a branch.
The sales consultant went out of his way to answer my questions, I didnt feel hassled/pushed...
Well done FNB, regardless of whether you monitor other social media feedback, you responded to my complaint before the other bank... who I am still waiting for! Keep it up!
