Poor service and incompetency

People have been increasingly complaining about Standard Bank on social media for the past year; I now know their frustration and why they have jumped shipped to other banks.

The customer is meant to travel from branch to branch to sort out issues that are all due to their staff's own incompetency. When you finally get through to one consultant who understands and sees resolution for your plight but is unable to assist you because you kindly need to off to another branch, the persons at the appropriate branch cannot help you either because then they are to dense to comprehend what needs to be done.

One loan that has incurred a myriad issues.

It is ridiculous.

And I will shortly close my account at this very useless bank and go to one of their competitors; my investments and almost twenty year loyalty is evidently not appreciated.

How does the company employ staff that come under their customers tutelage? I have explained word for word my situation each time to so many of them, and five months later the core of my problem still persists.

useless, I will take my complaints to social media too now, like the rest of South Africa regarding this bank.
