Debit from my account without my concent

I noticed on my bankstatemnt that a premium of R82 are being deducted from dec 2012 from this company. i dont know anything about this that i signed for. i want proof where i asked for this insurnace and i want this 3 months installments being paid back to me and this insurance cancelled. i emailed them yesterday morning allready and again today and still no response. please help me
