It is with the utmost frustration that I resort to this forum to vent my disappointment in FNB.
I was on Debt Review 5 years =ago and terminated the process in March 2011. All the service providers were informed and updated their records accordingly. At that point in time, i had sent numerous emails to fnbcare, contact centre and the NCR, and to my frustration just dropped the issue as NO-ONE was prepared to help me.
Now Feb 2014, this ugly incident has reared its ugly head again... I am at my wits end in trying to get status updated on FNB and everyone just passes the buck!
So much for being a bank that puts its customers first!!!
