I did something really stupid and I sat on my laptop, cracking the screen.
Despite not actually being insured for this kind of issue, Dial Direct (with the incredible help of Milly) still paid the claim immediately. Literally while I was on the phone.
South Africans are used to poor service, but this was a welcome and pleasant surprise. They really were so helpful and to get paid out so quickly for something I am not actually covered for was remarkable. Thanks guys you really made my day!
