I was enquiring into premiums payable for the new vehicle I was purchasing to compare to those charged by my current broker with whom I have been for 20 plus years. While the premiums were competitive the marketing skills of both parties involved (assistant and supervisor) swung the decision in Outsurance's favour resulting in me taking out coverage for the vehicle with them. The follow-up (confirmation letter and policy schedule document) was also very good, putting me in a position to pick up the vehicle fully insured when it is ready.
