Rude and unhelpfull

I asked for for a settlement to pay my Debt before I withdrew Debtreview. Now have to pay legal fees too and my account was never closed and I have to pay for bank charges and interest for something I have last used in 2009 or 2010 and then get told by Avi from FNB... "This is the bank's position and we trust that we have made it very clear what your options are, at this point the choice essentially is yours." How Rude do you want your staff to be to your customers FNB? you lost me forever and I will spread the word.
