Still didn't get this right!

As to my previous complaint of harassment, whereby my account was paid yet African BAnk continuously called for payment. Ruth Mmotlana of African Bank contacted me to apologise for their communication etc etc... BUT here is the laugh of it all... I had complained about everybody now at work knowing about my loan with African Bank due to their continuous calls, now Ruth calls me to apologise and blabbers everything first to my direct manager, then after explaining everything THEN ONLY do she ask if it is me she is speaking to... Goodness! AND not even a mention of any form of compensation... at least when Capitec Bank had a blurp with their debit orders last year, Capitec Bank called me and apologised and even reversed my debit order for that month - as a form of compensation... now I know who to stick with!
