I logged a Claim on the 10th of January for my fibreglass swimming pool as it cracked claim number 668534. First the accessor came out and said it was due to land movement it cracked. Then Iwyze came back to me saying that they not covering land shifting but when they sold me the policy the agent specifically said they cover it then they had to listen to the call from the selling agent and guess what the agent did say that. So the call agent on the 23 of January told me after listening to the call that they are going to approve the claim he is just waiting for his manager to do that because he can't do it from his side. The next day I phoned again and spoke to Marilyn the manager and now all of a sudden they need to send out a structural engineer, so the engineer came back with a report back to them that "Pools constructed in this manner are notoriously susceptible to such damage and are considered structurally inferior" now all of a sudden Iwyze say that it is an pool installation fault they not covering it. But I did talk to the engineer and his meaning is that all fibreglass pools constructed in this manner are notoriously susceptible to such damage.
