Standard has "honourable fees" and "unpaid fees" that they charge R120 and R115 respectively. I had to experience this fees first hand during the end of the January month after one company decided to change their debiting date to the 28th of the month instead of their normal one that is the 31st and 1st. In all I have lost R700 beacuse of such fees. This is a bank that I have been loyal to yet it is ripping me off in such a manner. What has this bank done to me to assist my financial status? Nothing instead they are damaging it. They don't consult, they don't communicate they just do as they please as long as it is going to benefit them. They still can't give me an answer on their system error in deducting my money when it says "transaction in progress" and when its has gone through.
