My car insurance premium was raised after only 5 months (I have a claim free record of 8 years) I gave notice & found an alternative insurer. I was contacted only after several days by King Price to inform me that it was a computer error and that they would like to re quote me. They couldn't match my current insurer and my notice stood. I have subsequently been debited, despite receiving confirmation of my notice in writing, for a magical new amount unrelated to what I was paying before. A mistake would have been the same premium amount but a different amount shows intent. A big raspberry to you King Price! Your fancy fun advertising and slogans mean nothing when this sort of thing happens.
