My accounts are currently in arrears with African Bank.
I called the call centre to make arrangements - I gave my ID number and the agent says Ms Nozi something, and I say no, and give the ID number again, I ask him how can it be a female with a male ID number? Hold... I dropped the call.
November 2013 I applied for a loan with you, in order to settle all my accounts with you, so that I can pay 1 installment instead of 4 - was declined for affordability which I would understand, if I wasn't trying to settle all YOUR accounts making it easier for me, but you refused even though at the time my account was in good standing, no missed payments, but I asked for help to consolidate YOUR things only. I could have gone to NCR & say that you were a reckless lender based on bogus affordability assessment which is true but all I want to do is pay 1 amount to you every month which is affordable to me. Or 2 including my credit card. But you refuse to help me.
Now I try and make arrangements and someone else name is under my ID number, what kind of operation are you running that a female can use a male ID number?
