As per the previous complaint:
I was promised that my next payment will only be in FEB due to my January payment skip!
A quote from Renaud Lategan - Sanlam Client Relations "she explained the situation, and that the premium holiday is in place for January, and that the next deduction will be done end of February"
BUT GUESS WHAT??
A payment went of on the 6th Jan/31st Jan = R2490.46 where it was supposed to happen like this :
31st December R1245.23
Jan NO PAYMENT
28 Feb R1245.23
THIS IS LUDICROUS!!
My money needs to be back in my account asap!!!
