Capitec service is terrible

I was told that I should do Internet banking which is better than going to the bank every month.
so I gave it a try and its is
I missed a payment cause of token number that's needs to be sent to your phone and in order to do that you need to be on-line and if you don't have airtime to do on-line then no payment is made. calling the helpline
they tell me its just your opinion... ok then thank for all your help customer service
