On telephoning on Friday 31st the following at CIB were very helpful and efficient- Jeanette, Cindy and Deborah who issued the Policy ASAP and processed it the same day. Many thanks to them. FNB should make sure that if the Customer requests Insurance when buying a device the details are sent to CIB and that the premium is deducted correctly.
