I am highly disappointed in the service I received from Riley Jacobs. I paid R399 for a service which I haven't even really made use of. I have spoke to Riley Jacobs on more than one occasion and she has not been helpful and been rude and shouted at me. As a paying customer under no circumstances should I be treated this way. She doesn't explain things properly and gets frustrated when you ask for clarity.
