I went to capitec bank to apply for a loan my mistake is just using an old proof of address that was just a few months old but it did not stop a consultant by the surname of letswalo from harrasing my rights and making accusations she did not ask anything while completing the application but instead after she finished she said was i sure of my age and why am i doing??? now as a customer i was suprised with attitude she said do you want me to call the cops on you or do you want me to prove it knowing that i had nothing to hide i said prove it and she made me wait for 45minutes without saying a thing when i approached her and asked her to explain what she was talking about as i was waiting for almost an hour she still threw attitude at me n said i should live she will call me 'i guess when she is done proving the ' she phoned me once to say she hasnt heard anything so i took the liberty of contacting home affairs and finding out if everything in my id is coorect as she gave me an impression of pointing out that the id was after having this verified till todat she has not called to apologies for her attitude and false accusations and i was not assisted with the loan
