I orderd online my bank card, which i did receive, unfortunate i lost the the evelope, where the tempory pin was in, together with my ID ect, at the cape gate mall, as i can only trasnfer money to other accounts, i notice it cost me R38 for each EFT i do, i went to the police station, to get a affidavit, to state i lost my orginal ID, and only have a copy, which i received from my HR manager, i went to the Brackenfell branch, they said they cant help me as this is not orginal, then the lay said she will help me on EFT to reset my pin, which we did, the card doesnt allow us to view pin, and as well not to create a new pin! but my card shows active!!! i cant handle this anymore really, its frustrated! without an orginal ID, really next time put signs out there standing no affidavits aswell!!! what the is affidavits there for, bad service, i just want to close FNB, and get it over with.
