MTN is not a company that responds

I have been trying to get hold of the MTN's insurance department to have my phone collected but you can't get a consultant to answer calls. You hold for over 20 minutes and no one picks the phone.

I have posted a complaint on Hellopeter and there is still no response.

Why is it listed as a company that responds if they don'y?

Please forward my complaint to them if possible.
