Kingprice is the worst insurance company ever!! I hope who ever reads this will warn others, dont be fooled by the fake adds or cheap premiums cause when it comes to service they are currently the worst in the country in my opinion. It seems like the employ kids that just left school for all i know these so called musketeers didnt even finish school or get proper training and was just put on the phones to take calls as they cant handle the call volumes i even wonder why the bank financed them to start this mockery of an insurance company. I had a claim with them for damagers to the sump of my vehicle i sent them the photos and quote from the dealer in September and today its November and the Musketeer dealing with my claim doesnt respond to my emails or call me and i am still waiting to be paid out but no one responds how much longer must this go on if i try to call no one helps and says she will call me back but that never happens. This is also not my first complaint with them and cleary they dont care how we feel and think they can do this to everyone. I hope the Ombadsman will refer all these complaints to the Financial Services boared and have them closed down!
