My mother and i applied for separate personal loans at FNB, the loans where from Direct Axis-we dont have a problem with that. These loan have funeral insurances attached, i have settled my loan and the funeral policy fees still deducted every month from my bank account. My problem is, i have sent e-mails requesting documents and information regarding these policies as we are happy with the premuims but would like to even nominste benefaries or include family etc
