Unhappy for not updating records on Transunion

Good day

I've been paying my FNB Loans regularly but FNB is not sending an update to Transunion. I have emailed FNB Loans but to no avail. This is messing around my credit report, it was last updated in July. August, September and October no updates. I also call and email FNB Loans for a settlement amount, but to no avail. I really don't appreciate their service because I am paying very well. But they fail to do just simple thing to update my payment on Transunion. I am a customer and I demand a better service from them.
