Thank you for calming me down

I'm so upset, i didnt even hear your name but thank you for calming me down. Made a phone call to nedbank call centre at 22H08 because i needed to stop transactions from my account untill i get help in the morning. I see money went off my bank account as a form of debit order which i know nothing about and has a very weird reference number.

It hasnt been even a year since i've fron FNB to Nedban but i see is following me. Why me??? I cant afford to lose money this way, i work so hard. Why do banks allow unauthorized debit orders?

You've got this lovely team working so late, please can you add the option of at least "freezing" the account when things like these happen please.
