Poor service and passing the buck

I emailed RMB Private Bank on 7th January 2013 asking that they increase the limit on my credit card.

After two days I had received no feedback so I sent another email kindly requesting some level of service. Stanley Ndlovu then replied on 10th January 2013 and asked that someone assist me. Finally today, on 17th January, I get an email from Kyle Chetty telling me to call FNB Fast Applications in order to sort this out.

I then call the number given and speak to a gentleman called Malusi who tried to assist and then informed that FNB could not load the limit increase as I was a client of RMB Private Bank.

How difficult is it to assist a client with such a simple request? I am terrified at the thought of applying for a homeloan from RMB.

Please, please can someone take ownership of this and sort this mess out? This service is very disappointing.
