I have only ever complimented King Price - however, I have since then been extremely disappointed, I cannot get hold of anyone - I do not get response on my e-mails. I was sent a mail stating a 10% increase - I ask you how does 1700 go to 1980 with a 10% increase? makes no sense! Also - no vehicle increases in value yearly - as a result insurance must decrease as the vehicle value decreases! Trying to address this issue after sending 5 e-mails I am yet to hear from them. I have tried calling the call centre to no avail - however, if I actually want to be able to talk to someone, all I have to do is apply for insurance! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
