I believe its going for 3/4 months since my first payment already and I still dit not receeive my membership card

Point 2:
I called the call centre to get assisted with my rental contract were I stay I wanted to know if I could get out of it because the living conditions if poor and my cars and property gets damaged and there is drug dealing going on and and but no one made a effort at assisting me only said there is nothing we could do
