WHAT A USELESS SYSTEM

You guys have far too many divisions and the dropped call rate must be immense! I have called 9 times this afternoon and once this morning. This morning I was told your systems are offline and I must callback in 2-3 hours. I called back 3.5 hours later and I managed to speak to 3 people out of the 9 times (calls were dropped in between). THAT IS TERRIBLE! I just wanted to find out what is still outstanding on my personal Loan. I was told I couldn't get the interest rate, I would need to call 086 149 8468 (WHICH JUST PUTS ME ON HOLD AND DROPS THE CALL). This is ridiculous. Now I would really just like to close my personal loans AND MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK! I want someone from The internet banking department to call me as I have an urgent query. You guys are quick to TAKE money but have the WORST service imagineable. I haven't experienced service this bad since Telkom.
