On the 31 October 2013 I applied for a bank homeloan from Absa bank and I was informed that it was apporoved. Absa later sent an evaluator to the property to perform an evaluation. The evaluator did not reprt to the bank that the carpet of the main bedroom and the main lounge were torn, the wall is dirty and the roof tiles need to be cleaned. I have raised these issues with the bank that as it is the not habitable and it would be impossible to move into a house with such defects. I reported this to the bank but now I am being pushed from pillar to post. I need urgent resolution of this matter.
