Poor service, really sad

I changed my bank from ABSA to FnB, because of better benefits and charges. The first 4 moths or so everything was perfect. I even got friends to change their banks. But then my card got cloned and i reported it. I received my new card and my account stayed the same. Now i'm paying for services i don't get. I'm trying to get hold of them, which the line are all busy, sending emails aren't working and i'm really busy at work... There are payments going of my account. Plus what is worse. When i open my account with an agent who came to my work, i gave her every detail of when my salary will be in. Someone who put my details through put the wrong details through, so now i was paying for something that wasn't even my fault on mistake... Paid over R1000 because of a mistake that wasn't mine.
