We had an accident on the 14 Dec 2013, and to this day we have had no luck with oakhurst. the claim administrator Tanya Miller is either on leave or we get through to another consultant that cant really help.
we have to call and find out what's happening when "we" as clients are paying our premiums every month, and we get this shocking service. today is the 27Th Jan and still nothing has happened (veeeerrryyyyy slow claim process).
I'm sure this is already a World record for a car claim!!!
