Bad service, bad attitudes

To whom it may concern:

September 2013 i phone vehicle & asset finance to find out what i will qualify for on my salary to purchase a second boat for my sport. Varneah assisted me to a point where i had to phone every body to find out about my application. Every time i phoned him, he just tells me its out of his hands & are waiting for a replay & that he is the only person to do 18 peoples work. this to me is not my problem as a client of Standard bank. i applied to purchase a 2013 model in 2014 and Varneah told me no it will not be possible & that's it. I phoned a Mrs Jansen van Vuuren to ask if this is correct. She then told me know its fine to purchase a 2013 in a 2014 year as it was in process from 2013. I had to phone Jenny Platt & Monty to find out whats happening to my application as Varneah just pulled up his shoulders. Eventually everything was approved & i signed the contract only to find out that the amount financed is incorrect. Again Varneah is blaming another department. Again Mrs Jansen van Vuuren sorted this mess out. I've ask Ugene Junius for a better repayment rate as this is my 2nd loan only to receive no feedback from him
