I would like to make a payment arrangement to sort out my arrears. I have sent numerous emails which keep bouncing back to say they dont recognise my ID number which is impossible. I have tried completing their online assist template to have them call me but this will not send as a result of the security question which is being put in correctly. I have tried contacting the help line and payment problems line and keep getting cutoff.
A Consultant did try to reach my while I was in hospital and i mentioned to her i would be in touch or email and explained I am in hospital. However i am now unable to get in touch with them
I am trying to do the right thing by not avoiding the issue of my arrears but trying to reach them is impossible.
