Hi

on Sat 18.Jan 2014 went to FNB and was give a number at 10.58am which was S176 waited in line for 4 hours to be told that i couldn't be helped.no one informed us the clients why the delay and no apologies what so ever was given.
the manager was not around and the assistant manager didn't even bother attending to us.
