I transferred money into one of my beneficiaries on the 17th of December 2013, it shows on my statement but she never got it, and they say it takes 3 days to investigate. How can this be fair when the money is needed urgently and no-one knows where it is? should people trust standard bank, question is why when money goes missing like that?
