OVERCHARGE ON BANK FEES - T CARLILE

I have an account at ABSA Bank for more than 30 years. My account was opened with the package benefits that should my bank balance do not go below R20 000.00, I will not pay any bank charges, except internet banking fees. Recently I discovered that Bank charges are being debited against my account, without my authorization. I consulted with Mubeen Jooma, he informed me that that benefit expired and that I was informed in writing. Up to this day I have not received any correspondence in this regard. I therefore insist in a refund for all bank charges since the change was implemented and that a proper meeting be held with me to discuss my options. According to the Bank FAIS act, all charges and rates should be communicated with me before implementation and by mutual agreement.
