Investment money not received as promised

Im lodging this complaint obo my mother M C Malinga. My mother consulted with agnes at vaal mall on 12 November concerning her Investment. on 2 December she consulted with Thabiso at vereeniging after she did not receive her money. Thabiso informed her that it appears that there is nothing processed under her name. meaning that her consultation of 12/11/2013 for Investment payout doesnt reflect. Thabiso was helpful and he contacted Agnes to follow up obo my mother. My mother followed up again on 11/12/2013.Agnes subsequently contacted her and informed her the money will be paid on 13/12/2014. its 17/12/2013 and The money is stil not paid.
