Simple request not followed through

I have phoned in Jan 2013 requesting that my home loan statement be sent to me via email. Since then nothing has been happening. I phones again in May requesting the same thing, again nothing is happening. I have phoned a few times after that and again to my surprise nothing has happened. I phoned in Oct again, I think to find out when the quarterly statement will be out and I was informed by the end of Nov. So I thought maybe they have actually updated my details and I will get it. To my surprise no such luck. I phoned again today 2 Dec 2013 just to be asked again if they can add me to the e-statement list as I have requested in Jan already. I cannot keep on phoning and every single time go through exactly the same thing. I personally think the people that vote you as the best bank are smoking their socks. I have had problems since forever. I asked the consultant why I have not been added and he is grasping at all sorts of things, I even actually had a ref number once which they could not even pick up. I mean really, it is such a simple request but nobody to follow it through.
