Deductions made based on an incomplete phone call

Lesley called me and offered me a life cover. she explained the conditions of the life cover. The call got disconnected and she didnt call back. I have tried numerous times to call back the number on the contract that i was sent on the email but i havent recieved help.

The call was disconnected before I could give her the details of the beneficiaries and i still had more questions that i wanted to ask her. Since then money has been deducted on my account based on what seems to have been an incomplete application.
