Below is the response I received, however nothing has been resolved as yet as your client has admitted liability. It clearly shows that Mutual and Federal insurance are the ones who are refusing to payout. Nothing is resolved until I get settlement and getting my car fixed. I 'am not accepting this response and I have now taken this up with my attorneys.

Our client Mr. K Lala has admitted liability.
