I do not belive this, FNB logo "HOW CAN I HELP YOU" but Mrs Mooi on number 0875779360 just said "WHY ARE YOU HERE" when I told her I am being transferred she told me straight what is it that I want... Haaibo! FNB is this how you speak to your customers nowadays, I do not believe this. After more than 10 years of service it is the first time I come accross such a rude person. She told me straight that she does not care whether I report her, when I asked for her name she proudly said Mrs Mooi... FNB, you must be carefull. Nedbank and Capitec really do know how to treat customers, with dignity and respect!
I am a platinum member I should be having my own private banker!!! this is shocking, Im still shaking as I am typing.
